Brad brings to the CHAiNGE team more than 25+yrs of experience in the global institutional capital markets arena, specifically capital raising, finance, trading, risk, distribution and research. He has been advising clients since April of 2016 in his capacity as CEO of Cortlandt Capital Advisors. Prior to that he was the President of Bonneville Capital Markets (a division of Bonneville Real Estate Capital – a commercial real estate lending company) and also served as their Managing Director and Group Head of HUD Lending from June of 2014 until April of 2016. From September of 2013 to October 2014, he was the Managing Director and Group Head of Fixed Income for Canaccord Genuity. From June 2010 to September 2013, Brad was Founder, Chairman and Head of Credit Products Group for Cortview Capital (later merged with Pierpont Securities). He has also had senior roles with Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and Wells Fargo/Wachovia over his extensive career.

Brad’sproduct expertise includes, corporate credit, structured credit, mortgage credit, derivatives, and liquid products (including currency). He is widely acknowledged as being a leader in capital and asset raising on behalf of funders, asset managers and broker dealers.

Brad is a graduate ofColumbia University with a BA in Economics where he studied under Nobel Prize winning Economist, Robert A. Mundell. He holds accreditations from FINRA (series 3, 63, 7, and 24), the Mortgage Bankers Association (AMP designation), and the National Eagle Scout Association (Life Member)

Role:

To execute on board directed strategy for CHAiNGE LLC.  To ensure that company's vision and board’s vision is realized through day to day execution of the strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

To include financial, legal, and regulatory oversight in all work performed by CHAiNGE, as well as work performed for and on behalf of the reserve. There is no direct interface with the reserve unless board directed. The effort here is to solely focus on the advancement and preservation of the issuing company, including assessing all risk, markets-related efforts, investor relations and marketing, token growth, and any related business activity to support these responsibilities, including banking relationships, offices, and staffing.
