Timothy Robinson

Tim is an experienced entrepreneurial executive, having led and advised numerous non-profit and for-profit companies over his career in optimizing their performance by building revenue, profitability and return on mission.

Areas of Expertise:
As both an executive and consultant, Timothy has well established strategic and operational experience when leading both marketing and mass communications strategies. As the senior marketing executive at ThermoWorks, the world’s leading thermometer brand, Tim increased media exposure 1,300% by knocking on doors and building relationships with key publishing partners including the Food Network, Wirecutter (NY Times), New York Magazine, Bon Appétit, Epicurious, CNN, USA Today, and more, leading to 255% growth in digital revenues over 8 years.

His invaluable skills are born from bringing together specific expertise in a broad range of industries across the corporate, government, non-profit, and academic worlds.

Additional experience includes leading the reelection campaign of Governor Olene Walker, the first female Governor in the state of Utah, including executing branding and communications, advertising and collateral, events, and voter identification and registration efforts. Directing online content during live webcast of multi-million dollar fall line-up for ABC TV. Helping conceive, develop, build, and launch KiN2, a desktop, iPhone, and Google Play app connecting users to celebrities through common ancestors. And co-founding LeatherWood Press, an independent publishing company, profitable within the first eighteen months.

Timothy is also the author or ghostwriter of 15 published books Including: Turnaround: Crisis, Leadership and the Olympic Gamesby Mitt Romney, Reclaiming the Classroom: How America’s Teachers Lost Control of Education and How They Can Get It Back by Trenton Goble, and Thou Shalt Be Like a Watered Garden: Unlocking the Power of the Fast by Timothy Robinson.

He holds a BA and Masters (abt) from Brigham Young University.
